2. Description of Service

Melanin is a visual discovery platform celebrating Black culture, beauty, fashion, art, and lifestyle. Users can create, share, save, and organize visual content through pins and boards.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant Melanin a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You must not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights, is illegal, harassing, or violates our Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Harass, bully, or threaten other users
Post anti-Black, colorist, texturist, featurist, or misogynoir content
Impersonate others or create misleading accounts
Use automated tools to scrape or spam the platform
Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
